Sudden Change (SC) has develop a formula addressing formerly incarcerated needs through a holistic approach. SC is a minority-owned and operated subcontractor who specializes in post- construction clean up, final construction clean, floor care, brick cleaning, and restoration and janitorial services, including apartment turnovers and property management.

They are MBE / SBE Section 3 certified within the state of Ohio.

Impact Change Now's vision is to develop a bridge of opportunity that supports the development of the “one new man and woman” by building a foundation that brings strength and support through education, mentoring, job readiness training, and more.
